Our Team.

My Urban Trainer was created by Jay and Evany, two highly sought-after Personal Trainers from London. The concept arose from their passion for leading a healthy lifestyle, and being able to deliver this to people's doorsteps.

 

When it comes to getting fit and achieving our goals, self-motivation is usually an element many struggle with, together with the not knowing what and how to do in order to hit our targets. My Urban Trainer takes care of this, as the trainers will conveniently bring in all the motivation and knowledge you need to thrive. No guess work or struggle involved!

​A few years ago I had a massive life-changing accident when I almost died after I fell 25 feet onto the exposed stony foreshore below.

 

My femur was broken in four places, along with my right wrist, jaw and several teeth. After two operations, a month in hospital under heavy sedation, and having a titanium piece inserted into my right leg and hip the prospects didn’t seem positive at all.

The doctors’ words “You may not be able to walk normally ever again” still resonate in my mind today. Yet I never accepted that possibility, and instead fought back, determinedly. Today, I run, snowboard, play tennis and workout regularly.

​

This experience empowered me to transform others' lives for the better, no matter what the goal is or how hard it seems to be achieved.

The main thing you need to know about me is that I am here to get my clients glowing results - And I know how to do this.​

I like to think that my clients don't pay me for my time, like a standard personal trainer. I am their personal coach, we work together, and I always give them my 100% to help them get their results.

 

I am passionate about teaching others how to become their best possible version, creating their own definition of Self and achieving their goals.

​

Taking care of ourselves is not selfish, as only then we will have all the energy we will need for ourselves, and also to be able to give more to others that need it. I follow a vegan lifestyle and am also a Nutrition Advisor and Transformational Coach.

 

Fitness & wellbeing isn't a quick fix, but a lifestyle, and like everything else in life, starts in your Mind
